Welcome to the Hotel am Hehlentor; your friendly accommodation in the Heart of Celle. Ouer hotel is situated centrally in Nordwall close to the pedestrian precinct embedded in the historical old town of Celle. From there most of the sights are a stone´s throw.

The front of our building previously leaned so much it was to Celle what the Leaning Tower is to Pisa. Our house was built in 1712 and expanded in 1718, however in 1994 it was completely restored and the front was straightened. For reconstruction special attention was paid to keeping the architectural style of the former times.

Since the restoration we look continuously to the charm and ambience of our hotel to be true. 2009 and 2010, all carpets were replaced, the bathrooms renovated and renewed televisions.
